CHICKEN Recipes
Bone-in Cuts
-
Leg Quarters & Thighs - both of the recipes on this blog post would work for leg quarters or thighs
-
Change Your Life Chicken - with chicken thighs and we’d recommend using melted lard instead of olive oil since lard has a higher smoke point and this is cooked at such a high temperature
Boneless Cuts

10 Minute Pan Fried Chicken Breasts - we sub melted lard for oil
-
Jambalaya - using chicken breasts & bone broth
Misc
-
Chicken Noodle Soup - using pack of chicken broth/soup bones
-
Chicken Ramen - using pack of chicken broth/soup bones
-
Bone Broth - using broth kit or chicken broth/soup bones
-
Garlic Butter Rice - using bone broth & no bouillon, and butter instead of margarine
-
Sauteed Liver & Onions - you can sub lard for the olive oil
Tips
-
*our chicken cooks faster than store bought chicken so we recommend relying on a meat thermometer rather than a set cooking time.
